Fill out the Basic Information Form at the link below.
We will review your Basic Information Form and contact you at your preferred method of contact with our availability and any questions.
We will email you packages, including pricing, for your event. (Our packaging and pricing is based on the type of event and the location of the event)
We will email you an invoice/contract. (this will be the same form)
You can go to the below link to view payment options or pay your deposit online. (You can make any additional online payments at this link, as well)
You will receive a receipt of your payment information, once payments are processed.
We will send you a "Welcome Packet," if you did not receive one from your venue. (Many venues will hand you one of our Welcome Bags when booking with their venue)
We will be in contact with you every 4 to 6 weeks, to check in to see if you have any questions or additional needs.
We will request the Event Planner or Wedding Planner within 30 days of your event, if we do not already have it on file already. (This way we have time to prepare your playlist with accuracy and triple check all requested songs)
We will check back in with you to verify your highlight songs, check any special requests you have for your event, and verify your account is up-to-date.
